His Approach

Whatever your problem, I look at it from the practicality of your life and your objectives.

I work hard to know my clients and their cases.  From this foundation, I seek the best outcome, quickly, and with the least cost to you.  Sometimes, this means bringing people together to informally resolve a dispute.  Other times, it means aggressive, but respectful, litigation.
Whichever style is needed, I take a straightforward and cooperative approach to meet or exceed your expectations of your lawyer.  Part of this means running a technologically advanced office that eliminates or outsources unnecessary costs.  Traditionally, these costs are passed on to the client. I avoid that. Another part means understanding what the case means to you in the practicality of your life.

I also want you to get a better lawyer for a better price.  To do this, I have and continue to invest a lot of time and effort in my skill and knowledge as a lawyer, use of technology, and progressive business practices; always with a mind for the financial and emotional toll litigation has on people.
Beyond actual lawyering, I do my best to be the kind of professional I would want to hire:

  • I will be resourceful and proactive in controlling the costs of litigation.
  • As your case unfolds, you will  get prompt, responsive updates from me or my staff.
  • If you have a problem with my service, tell me and I will provide a real solution to that problem.
